The best part of SINGO is singing along with the music you love while having a fun night with friends. Don’t worry, we won’t deduct points if you sing off-key.

Alex Creamer

Raised on the classic rock icons of the 60s and 70s, Alex Creamer writes her songs with uncompromising integrity. Her lyrics seek depth without pretentiousness, and her musical style showcases her folk, blues, and rock roots. With intimate vocals, unabashed rhythm guitar, and emotional fluency, Creamer proves every time she steps on stage that, although she is a proficient songwriter, she is above all things an entertainer.
Alex got her start playing at a cafe in her hometown of Montrose, PA. She soon branched out to nearby Binghamton, NY, then went on to play hundreds of venues across the US and Canada, including The Whiskey a Go Go in LA and The Bitter End in NYC. Her music has been featured on several radio shows including the Blue Plate Special in Knoxville, TN, Pass the Hat in Hillsborough, NC, and The Signal in Binghamton, NY.
Creamer is currently based in Nashville, TN, where she performs locally, tours, and produces her own music.

Kevin Holm-Hudson

Singer-songwriter and covers revivalist Dr. Kevin Holm-Hudson holds a genuine earned doctoral degree (in music composition, which he has frittered away ever since writing songs instead of symphonies). By day he is Professor of Music Theory at the University of Kentucky; evenings and weekends, he writes and sings songs about desperate characters, disasters, dogs, and Pablo Casals, both as a solo performer and with his band Dr. Kevin Holm-Hudson & The Adjuncts. His eclectic musical style is best described as indie-folk with numerous influences ranging from Americana to psych. His first album with The Adjuncts, Message from the Margins (2021), was nominated for Album of the Year in the Lexington Music Awards, Appalachian Arts & Entertainment (APPY) Awards, and the Nashville-based Josie Awards. A second album, The Trembling Air (2022), was also nominated for an APPY Award. His latest album, a solo release, is called Milkweed. All three albums are available for streaming and purchase from kevin-holm-hudson.bandcamp.com.

Known as one of the most prolific and hard artists in the region, he’s released prior albums; “Midwest Heart/ Southern Blues”, “All Damn Day”, and “Heavy Denim”. The new album, “Fast Fashion”(sonaBlast! Records), is a 4 song ep, full of characters who were developed while staring over the dash of a beat up van. James Beers and the Wandering Woodsmen Hailing from the cornfields of Indiana, James started late in his music endeavors- picking up the guitar as an adult. His love of music and song-writing continues to develop in his alt. country and blues storytelling style. In the past year, the addition of Allan Day (Mandolin) and Shane Martion (lead guitar) created the trio "James Beers and the Wandering Woodsmen"-a group that brings covers and original work to life in an engaging, heartfelt experience. Most weekends you will find them performing at local bars and coffee houses, sharing stories in song.

Richard Chamberlain

Georgia bred and Kentucky fried, Richard Chamberlain is a country/rock artist originally from a small town outside of Athens, GA where he cut his teeth performing with multiple Athens bands as a touring drummer from 2008-2018. After relocating to Louisville, KY with his family in 2018 he brought his focus to his songwriting after keeping it in the background throughout his music journey. While in Louisville he has shared the stage with artists such as Scotty McCreary, Jordan Davis, and Dillon Carmichael all while relentlessly playing local pubs and venues around the southern Indiana and Louisville area. His swampy, hard hitting 2023 debut release of “Ain’t Paintin’ This Door” and his follow up “Do Over” showcase his country roots as well his love for rock and roll. His forthcoming single “Blue Collar King” is set to release in the spring.

Bryce Ernest Taylor is a singer/songwriter, psychology professor, sound engineer, father, and lover of nature and creativity who currently resides in Versailles, KY. More recently this same album was listed in the top 15 of Roots Music Report’s “Alternative Folk Album” chart and the top 40 in the larger “Folk Album” category (8-12-2023).
