Every Thursday at 7:00pm, GET HERE EARLY! Each player is given a free SINGO card with the names of popularsongs in the squares instead of numbers. While your SINGO host plays clips from randomly chosen songs, you sing along while matching up the song titles on your card. If you are the first player to mark five songs in a row and shout out “SINGO!” — you win!!
The best part of SINGO is singing along with the music you love while having a fun night with friends. Don’t worry, we won’t deduct points if you sing off-key.

His songs tell stories about coal mines, hard times, and things that catch your heart. He performs solo shows up to full Jeff Blackburn Band. Meet The Artist nights at Chinkapin Brewing, are bi-monthly, open-to-the public, free events with a chance to meet local artists whose works are represented on Chinkapin’s gallery wall. Come and support local artists while you enjoy our great Georgetown community, wood-fired pizza and wings, and of course, Chinkapin’s locally crafted beer, another awesome art medium! John Olsen of The Wine Project, another Georgetown gem, presents select wines for sale by the glass or bottle, is wonderful and an excellent resource for those who want to learn more and prefer to drink wine. It’s a party for the palate!!! Chinkapin Brewing is proud to announce the next artist, MOHANA RAJE , for Meet The Artist night. Artist Bio Mohana is a professional artist with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Mumbai, India. After a career in Graphic/Web design, Mohana felt inspired to follow her heart and returned to her artistic roots of traditional painting. An avid traveler, Mohana has explored various places in the U.S, and the rest of the world. She is now settled in Lexington, Kentucky, a beautiful and thriving land of rich equine heritage with a vibrant Arts community. Mohana’s art background drove her to be an Art instructor for after school programs, art studios and private classes. She has also inspired children with a variety of artistic techniques including drawing, sketching, crafts and painting. She has worked as a designer and an illustrator for children’s educational material and artwork for a novel’s front cover. In addition Mohana enjoys working on commissioned artworks for family and pet portraits. Mohana has exhibited her work successfully in Silicon Valley Open Studios, Art fairs, and Galleries over the years. Many of her works hang in corporate and private collections. She is a recipient of the Popular Choice Award and the Wettest Painting Award in the SCVWS (Santa Clara Valley Watercolor Society) Annual Member Watercolor Show. She is a member of the Associate Artists for the Kentucky Watercolor Society and exhibits many of her paintings in Lexington.

James Beers and the Wandering Woodsmen Hailing from the cornfields of Indiana, James started late in his music endeavors- picking up the guitar as an adult. His love of music and song-writing continues to develop in his alt. country and blues storytelling style. In the past year, the addition of Allan Day (Mandolin) and Shane Martion (lead guitar) created the trio "James Beers and the Wandering Woodsmen"-a group that brings covers and original work to life in an engaging, heartfelt experience. Most weekends you will find them performing at local bars and coffee houses, sharing stories in song.
